PERSONAL DATA STORAGE TERM

The Customer shall be entitled:

Contact the Company with a request to provide information on whether the Company processes its personal data and, if yes, to get access to the processed personal data;

To contact the Company with a request to correct the personal data or to suspend the processing of such personal data, except for storage – in case the person, after getting familiar with his/her personal data, determines that the personal data is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate;

To contact the Company with a request to delete his personal data, which is processed only with his consent, if the Customer withdraws the relevant consent. This right does not apply if the personal data requested to be deleted are also processed on other legal grounds, such as the processing necessary for the performance of the contract, or when the obligations according to the applicable law;

Limit the processing of his/her personal data in accordance with applicable law, for example, for the period during which the Company evaluates whether the Customer shall have the right to request the deletion of his personal data;

To obtain personal data provided by him, which are processed on the basis of his consent or performance of the Contract, in writing or shared in an electronic form and, if possible, to transfer such data to another service provider (data transferability).

To disagree with the processing of his personal data if the processing of personal data is based on a legitimate interest, including profiling for direct marketing purposes (i.e. receiving marketing offers or participating in surveys);

Withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes at any time;

To object to the application of a completely automated solution, including profiling, in respect of the Customer, if the adoption of such solution has legal effects or a similar significant effect to the Customer. This right shall not apply if such decision making is necessary for the purpose of concluding or executing a contract with the Customer, is permitted by law or the Customer has expressly consented to this;

Contact the State Data Protection Inspectorate if the issue with the Company cannot be resolved.

The Customer, in connection with the implementation of his rights, may apply to the Company:

Customer requests for data subjects’ rights are processed free of charge by the Company. The examination of the application may be refused or may be subject to payment of an appropriate fee, if the application is manifestly unfounded or excessive, as well as in other cases provided for by regulatory enactments.

CUSTOMER’S RESPONSIBILITY

Inform the Company about changes in the submitted information and data. It is important for the Company to have valid and effective information of the Customer;

To provide the necessary information so that at the request of the Customer the Company can identify the Customer and a certain that it communicates or co-operates with the specific Customer (to provide a personal identity document, or in accordance with the procedure laid down by legal acts or by electronic means of communication that allows the Customer to be properly identified). It is necessary for the protection of data of the Customer and other persons so that the disclosure of the Customer’s information is restricted to the Customer , without prejudice to the rights of others.
